Team HR Executive coaching
Coaching is a voluntary, confidential, forward-focused process in which our trained coaches support and assist the client to reach their goals. Our approach is skills based and enables participants to work on real-time workplace activities. Each session is characterised by a check-in, presentation and/or review of a specific skill or goal, and then discussion and setting of the next goal. It is structured as a progression of activity. Based on our 'best of' outcomes, we often recommend a core of 12 to 16 hours of coaching typically distributed as nine sessions over a 3 month period. This may be varied to meet the specific demands and needs of the participant. The coach is also available by phone, email and Skype in between scheduled sessions to respond as required or as a sounding board. The coach will meet with you on-site, at another venue suitable to you or if you prefer, at one of our meeting rooms.
