Team HR designs and delivers a range of team building programs that can be tailored to meet your specific needs whether you require an ongoing development program supported by executive coaching and a range of psychometric tools, a two-hour conference filler, or something in between. Our programs provide a range of inclusive team simulations that are challenging, rewarding and enjoyable. Safety, enjoyment, and learning are the foundations of our approach.
The Team HR Team Communications program is an example of our approach. 'It is not what our message does to the listener, but what the listener does with our message, that determines our success as communicators'. Based on the individual's self awareness of their impact on others, the team communications program focuses on a core set of shared skills amongst the team members which support both effectiveness and resilience in all organisational contexts. The skills are equally valuable in situations of success, challenge, conflict, change, diversity, performance management and leadership.
